As crazy as it sounds, research has shown that customers are more likely to buy from brands that have a logo as it tells the customer that you are serious enough to take out time to properly package your business.

Your Social Media page(s)/Website

Since many Facebook advertising strategies send leads to your social media, you’re going to need your social media to have enough information about you and the properties you sell. As a realtor, you would have to be adept at social media management and content creation as your potential client would feel comfortable if they see how knowledgeable you are about real estate. Ask yourself; would you rather buy from a realtor who posts once ever three to four days or buy from one who posts at least once every day?
