However, we are in the last phase of this land boom as over 70% of the undeveloped land in Ibeju Lekki has sold out. You do not need to live in Lagos to take advantage of this. It’s as good as buying Tesla shares which is located in the United States of America. You do not have to move to the US to earn dividends and make profits from Tesla. Luckily, you can still get a full plot of land a few minutes from the Refinery for just ₦1 million with an initial payment of ₦200,000.
