With rapid development taking place in Ibeju-Lekki – touted “the new Lagos” – the Lagos state government has moved to flag-off the reconstruction and upgrade of the Eti-Osa-Lekki-Epe expressway project to enhance economic development and bring a new motoring experience to the Eti-Osa-Lekki-Epe expressway.

The first stage of the Eleko-Lekki road project and rebuild will be 18.75 kilometers extending from Eleko to Epe T-junction. While the second stage of 26.7 km, begins at the Abraham Adesanya roundabout to the Eleko junction.

The project, scheduled for two phases to handle the huge financial spending necessary, recognizes that the Ibeju-Lekki axis is rapidly evolving with multi-million dollar businesses and estates springing in several locations.

Inadvertently, the greater attention paid to Ibeju-Lekki by the Lagos state government would increase the value of property in the region. This is why smart investors must make the most of the low cost of land before it gets too costly.

This refocused attention also means that the government could reclaim many properties not on an excised land. However, buying property on a government excised land saves you from all that stress.

LOCATED STRATEGICALLY, APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM ELEKO BUS STOP WITH PROPOSED ROADS CONNECTING IT TO DANGOTE REFINERY IS WINDSPRING ESTATE. A GOVERNMENT-EXCISED LAND WITH A GAZETTE TITLE, WINDSPRING ESTATE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE THRIVING OJU-AGBE COMMUNITY AND IS AS SAFE AS SAFE GETS IN LAND INVESTMENTS.
