Danbel Properties and Investments was founded with a strong spirit and a stimulating objective; to make as many Nigerians as possible landowners in choice locations without taking a hit on their pocket.
When we started as a Real Estate Marketing company in 2015, we discovered early on that most Nigerians wanted to own lands for different reasons; however, each reason boiled down to two things; comfort and financial freedom. Despite this, we were shocked to find out the challenges Nigerians faced to find land deals that were trustworthy, affordable and void of hidden charges.
It turns out there was a simple explanation. Clients had come in contact with a lot of dishonest agents who failed to tell the full story. Clients were sold properties with wrong titles and hidden charges. Some Clients bought properties because of the features that were marketed but were disappointed when they discovered something different.
We started Danbel Properties to solve these challenges. By being fully open with our pricing and estate features, Danbel properties and Investments prides itself in its “Customer first” approach.
